Russian You Tuber

Had to recreate absolutely every detail from scratch considering the out of focus and blurred original I was presented with. Whether this is an accurate rendition of this individual, I don't know. People who make requests just don't understand if the information from the original  isn't there for me to work off of than the piece may end up more a caricature. Irritating how folks just wont follow the simplest of instructions.
